Dear fellow Freemen,

The Annual General Meeting and payment of common money will take place on 2nd September 2020 at Sudbury Town Hall

Payment of common money for 2019 will commence at 7pm with the payment being made by cheque only.

If you are unable to collect your common money, please send a stamped addressed envelope with a note detailing the full names (christian and surnames) of all claimants to Treasurer SFS, 78 Waldingfield Road, Sudbury Suffolk CO10 2PX.

The Annual General Meeting will commence at 7.30pm. The agenda will be available on the evening. Current Covid-19 restrictions will be enforced; social distancing must be exercised and the wearing of face coverings will be required during both events.
